【背景知識】

EB病毒（EBV）是一種引起傳染性單核細胞增多癥（IM）的皰疹病毒。EBV感染可表現(xiàn)出廣泛的臨床癥狀。大多數(shù)原發(fā)性EB病毒感染通過唾液傳播，發(fā)生在兒童時期，屬于亞臨床。在美國，50%的人口在5歲之前表現(xiàn)出EB病毒抗體；80%到成年。輸血相關(guān)EBV感染也有報道。愛潑斯坦-巴爾病毒也與兩種人類癌癥的發(fā)病有關(guān)，即伯基特淋巴瘤和鼻咽癌。伯基特淋巴瘤主要見于薩納拉以南非洲地區(qū)，尤其是非洲兒童和新幾內(nèi)亞。鼻咽癌在鼻咽部可見。尤其是在中國南部。
