【背景知識(shí)】

水痘帶狀皰疹病毒引起水痘，水痘是一種通過(guò)接觸水皰或呼吸道分泌物或通過(guò)空氣傳播的高度傳染性疾病。一個(gè)人通常在皮疹前1-2天到皮疹開始后4-5天，或者直到水泡形成硬殼，才具有傳染性。暴露后約2-3周開始出現(xiàn)癥狀，包括發(fā)熱、疲勞、瘙癢皮疹和小水泡，在2-4天內(nèi)干涸并形成痂。更嚴(yán)重但罕見的問題或并發(fā)癥可能發(fā)生的疾病有肺炎（尤其是成人）、皮膚感染、血液感染和腦炎。大約90%大多數(shù)水痘病例發(fā)生在1-14歲的兒童身上，90%的人在20歲出頭時(shí)曾患過(guò)水痘。
