【背景知識(shí)】

抗核抗體（ANA）經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡（SLE）患者中，在其他自身免疫性疾病類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、膠原血管疾病、慢性肝病和系統(tǒng)性硬化癥（硬皮?。┲胁惶Ｒ?。ANA與多種核抗原結(jié)合，包括雙鏈DNA、單鏈DNA、RNP、Sm、，在明顯健康的人群中，尤其是45歲以后的女性，SSA和SSB.ANA的頻率隨著年齡的增長而增加。ANA ELISA被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種自身免疫性疾病的篩查。
